Put Wellness In Your Hands – Introduction to Bowenwork
Bowenwork is a system of touch that initiates a series of responses through stimulation of the nervous, musculoskeletal, and fascial systems and the energetic pathways. It is gentle on the body, easy to apply and can ease symptoms and assist recovery from a wide range of conditions. The work is performed through clothing and no special equipment is needed.
Bowenwork can be performed on a variety of people such as infants, the elderly, elite athletes and people with acute injuries, or chronic conditions. This is a great class for parents, couples, nurses, massage therapists, doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and anyone who is interested in learning Bowenwork.
